Should you choose to use your design concept with another supplier you may purchase your design license at the end of your experience for $2,500 giving you full ownership. Here's how it will work:

Discovery Session

The process begins with a one-on-one video call to thoroughly review your style goals and functional needs with your designer. You will review your inspiration images together, discuss material options and explore potential layouts.

Design Presentation

You will meet your designer again within 3-5 business days to review a comprehensive 3D model of your space, along with curated material selections. Your designer will walk you through the model and carefully review every detail with you. You will have the opportunity to offer feedback and request design edits during this session so that you can see your space evolve in real-time.

Follow-up Design & Budget Review

After having a few days to sit with your proposed design concept, you will meet with your designer again to discuss any potential follow-up edits, as well as review a comprehensive price list for the materials and products featured within your concept.

Upon completing your design experience, you will receive your comprehensive design concept and set of material samples.

Your designer will be able to assist you with the following throughout your experience:

  • Cabinetry layout
  • Cabinetry selection
  • Quartz countertops
  • Backsplash tiles
  • Plumbing fixtures
  • Door hardware
  • Itemized pricing for your materials
  • Cabinetry installation resources

You will be expected to provide the following prior to beginning your design experience:

  • Measurements of your space. (Don't worry, we will verify any dimensions before cabinetry is purchased!)
  • Appliance dimensions if you have them.
  • A selection of inspirational images depicting the styles you hope to achieve. Or better yet, a shared Pinterest board with your kitchen inspirations.

Should you require additional time beyond our process to finalize your plans, you may purchase additional design support through your designer. For example, if you wish to have your designer support with a lighting plan, you will need to purchase additional scope directly through your designer.

Upon paying your materials deposit through Swede, we will coordinate a site visit by one of our techs to confirm your dimensions before finalizing your order.
