Balanced Japandi

The homeowners of this Oak Bay home took "open concept" to the next level and created a wide open, light-filled kitchen and dining space that is unrecognizable from the divided rooms it was before with the help of design partner Hooga Interior Design.

"Project Oak Bay was given a new lease on life by carefully combining the old and the new. Removing the wall between the existing kitchen and dining rooms created an abundance of natural light and expanded the space allowing the family to gather together.

Combining warm and textural tones created a calming and approachable space for friends and family to join them"
