This original 50's home was finally ready for a little renovation TLC (okay really, a lot) but the homeowners didn't want to lose the charm. Having lived in the home for over a decade and meticulously decorating the rest of the spaces, it was time the kitchen caught up and reflected the homeowner's great taste and bright personalities.
With a guiding hand, Xenia of Place Interiors supported the homeowner's vision by crafting a cheerful, retro-inspired material palette that included soft blues, warm wood tones and subtle but playful terrazzo. The final touch was adding the cute as a button archway that perfectly frames a two-tone pendant from Luminaire Authentik - ensuring this kitchen kept all its charm while being elevated to meet the needs of a modern kitchen.
Xenia is the first to admit that this was one of the biggest transformations of Place Interiors' portfolio to date - and we love to see that it is one that infused a kitchen with some well-deserved joyful energy.
